Healthcare Workforce Management
2023-Current
The project aimed to design and build an employee time management experience for individuals working in the healthcare sector (healthcare professionals, HR, support staff at clinics and hospitals, etc.) based on current functional requirements.
The project called for a redesign of the experience and interface of an existing back-end system from the prior go-live to provide a clearer and more intuitive experience. This was a multi-month long project that was an opportunity to re-create the UI of an existing back end solution emphasizing human centred design, incorporating user feedback to ensure functionality meets practical needs.
Building a human-centered workforce management system designed to enhance user engagement and streamline processes for employees, managers, and HR-related roles within a health system organization.

I'm a UX/UI Designer (or whatever this title might become in the future) based in Tkaronto, Canada. I graduated from OCADU with a graphic design degree, and Sheridan College with an Interaction Design degree where I developed a toolkit to aid design students in developing effective ways to reflect on their work in a variety of ways.
Outside of work, I am usually learning the world of pixel art and 3d modelling. Or making custom housing mods for games like Elder Scrolls Skyrim and Morrowind.

Product Design Intern Microsoft | 2019
Led the UX/UI design for project working on exploring and creating proof of concepts for new experiemental features and functionalities for the List app for Teams. Designed and prototyped for web and mobile platforms with accessibility options. Participated in 30+ user interviews and validated findings by conducting usability tests. Presented to senior executives at Microsoft.
Worked on and shipped 4+ accessibility changes to the Photos app, research, documented, and presented various accessibility QOL improvements within
the app.
